    How much chocolate is too much though? Is there a guideline on this? Or does it depend on the person? I’m never sure if dark chocolate is good for children or not because of the caffeine content. Is this an issue or not?

    Also, does this mean you can eat all of the items you’ve mentioned every day, or is moderation the way to go?

      Due to higher caffeine content, dark chocolate is not recommended for children, milk chocolate would be a better choice – still in moderation though.

Thank you so much for sharing with us such a beautiful article .I am a man very aware of my health .I work out a lot of diet but I am getting fatter day by day .I couldn’t understand where my problem was .After reading your article, I realized that I do a diet, but the foods I eat need to be avoided. And the things that I thought I would get fat for playing were actually wrong in my thinking I read your article and realized it. I must eat apples, mushrooms, eggs, steel-cut oats, chili black chocolate, almonds, zambura, shrimp, etc.Now I hope I get the desired result .But for the future, I collected your article .But I have a question about when it would be good to eat a meal?Another thing I will regularly do and do .

  4. Well I have to say that this article is interesting and informative at the same time. One major obstacle to loosing weight is that overweight people rarely ever find the right balance.   5. Hi Daniela. Nice to see you share this post on foods that can help us lose weight and stay healthy at the same time. I’m quite familiar to most of these foods and I take alot if them especially when I was little but I never knew they help in weight loss. I particularly don’t eat eggs more than twice a week because I thought they’d make me add weight. But I read in an article previously that eggs help to loose weight and I was really surprised. Now you’re sharing the same fact. Really helpful information.
